Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us!  

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept a return provided that: 

 

- the unwanted item is returned/delivered to us within a maximum of 14 days from delivery date

- you bought a full priced item, all sale item purchases are final and can not be returned

- the item is unworn, unwashed & is in original condition

- there is absolutely no smell of cigarettes, perfume, food, sweat etc. 

- all tags are attached with no signs of removal/trying to remove them

- there are no makeup, deodorant, tan marks or any other stains

- there are no pet hairs

- there is no any other damage

  

Any returned item that does not comply with all the conditions stated on this page, will be rejected and returned to the customer at their cost.

 

Returns must be made within 14 days from delivery date. (example: if you received your order on April 1st, we must receive your return by April 15th at the latest.)

There's no need to let us know you're returning something, just fill out the returns form and send it back to us along with the item you want to return. Please pack your item with great care and protection as we do not accept any returns that are damaged during the transition.

We need to know the order number that your return related to, so please make sure that your returns form is filled out and included in your returns parcel. You can find the order number in your confirmation email which you received after you completed your order or you can find it in by logging into your account.

All return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer.

All sale item purchases are final and will not be accepted for a return or exchange. Any sale items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender at their cost.

Please send your item back to us via trackable postal service and with declared parcel value to make sure your parcel is insured by your postal service and you have a proof that you've sent it. 

We can't be held responsible for any items that do not reach us or get damaged in transition.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

All goods will be inspected on return. In an unlikely event that an item returned to us does not comply with all the conditions stated on this page, the return will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost.

 

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

Once your item reaches us, it will be processed as soon as possible and at maximum within 14 calendar days from the day it was received.

You will receive an email once your return is processed and after that, it will take up to 3-10 working days for the refund to reach you depending on your bank and card issuer.

 

Important info for customers outside the European Union:

On your parcel please state ‘Return of Goods’ on the customs declaration form which is provided by your local post office or the courier you choose to return your items with. Failure to do this will result in you being liable for all the additional and/or customs costs.

 

EXCHANGES

For Croatian customers - All conditions mentioned above apply to exchanges too. You must return the item you want to exchange within 14 days of receiving it and sale items can not be exchanged.

If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you need, then a refund will be processed instead. Please add a note on your returns form or simply on a piece of paper stating that you want an exchange with the product name and the new size or colour along with your full name and order number (4-digit number found in the confirmation emails).

We'll send you an email to let you know once we've processed your return with the details of any refunds and exchanged items. If an item is out of stock we’ll issue a refund instead. If an exchange is available, we’ll drop you another email once your new item has left our warehouse.

Any exchanged items will be sent to the original delivery address using the same delivery service as your original order.

If you would like to exchange an item for a completely different one, we would recommend returning the unwanted item back to us for a refund and then placing a new order.

For International customers - We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received. If you need a different size or colour of an item or a completely different item, we would recommend returning the unwanted item back to us for a refund and then placing a new order.
